Job Title: Account Manager PH West (Sales)

About the Role:

Reporting to the B2B Trade Marketing and Business Development Manager, the Account Manager – West PH is responsible for managing, strengthening, and growing relationships with key B2B partners. The role oversees all sales activities within the B2B segment for the region, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets. The role includes analyzing business objectives, developing strategies, and negotiating to meet organizational goals. We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager who thrives in a relationship-led sales environment and is motivated by delivering tangible commercial impact through strong client partnerships.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our company and our business clients.
  • Understand customers their unique needs, ensure satisfaction with our products/services, and identify opportunities for incremental growth.
  • Assist in developing and achieving overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Improve business returns through improved product mix, service efficiencies and identification of new business opportunities.
  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • Tertiary qualified, commercially astute, results focused savvy sales professional with an insightful understanding of the Fiji market.
  • 3-5 years sales experience in sales, working for a FMCG company would be added advantage.
  • Results driven and a proven record of achieving sales growth.
  • Physically fit and willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.
